As chairman of the board of directors, chief executive officer and president of Sempra, Jeffrey Martin leads a Fortune 500 energy infrastructure company with a market capitalization of nearly $45 billion and assets of $87 billion. Martin has led the company in its mission to become North America’s premier energy infrastructure company, focusing on sustainable business practices and investments that will help advance the global energy transition through electrification and decarbonization in the markets Sempra serves. As CEO, Martin oversees a $48 billion capital campaign, the largest in the company’s history, and leads 20,000 employees, serving the daily energy needs of more Americans than any other U.S. company. Prior to becoming CEO, Martin served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Sempra. He also previously served as CEO of San Diego Gas & Electric Company, one of Sempra’s California utilities, and president and CEO of Sempra U.S. Gas & Power and Sempra Generation.

Karen Sedgwick is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sempra, where she leads several corporate functions, including accounting, treasury, tax, finance and investor relations. Over the last 32 years, Sedgwick has held many leadership roles at the company, including chief administrative officer, chief human resources officer and treasurer. She has also served in financial planning, investor relations, audit services and enterprise risk management roles.

Trevor Mihalik is group president of Sempra, where he oversees the Sempra California growth platform. He is also responsible for Sempra’s risk and compliance, human resources, audit services and insurance. Mihalik has extensive financial and leadership experience in the energy industry with wide-ranging knowledge of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, treasury and risk.

Diana Day is chief legal counsel of Sempra with responsibility for the company’s legal affairs and governance. Day, who has been with the company for more than 25 years, brings extensive legal expertise and has an established track record of success in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise risk management and governance. Throughout her tenure, she has held many leadership roles across the Sempra family of companies.

Lisa Larroque Alexander is senior vice president of corporate affairs of Sempra where she oversees public policy, stakeholder engagement and, in her role as chief sustainability officer, sustainable business strategies. Alexander has served in a variety of executive roles in the Sempra family of companies, including leading market strategy, technology research and development, clean transportation and environmental policy.

Sandeep Mor is senior vice president of finance of Sempra. He is responsible for Sempra’s long-term strategy and corporate development functions. Mor actively collaborates with Sempra’s business platforms in support of their growth strategy and M&A activities. He previously held several leadership positions in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions for Sempra and served in a variety of other roles in finance and operations functions for the Sempra family of companies.

Peter Wall is senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer of Sempra. Wall’s responsibilities include overseeing the company’s accounting operations, financial statement preparation and analysis, financial reporting and accounting systems. His extensive financial expertise and strong leadership enable his team to maintain a strong foundation for Sempra’s growth. During his time with the family of companies, he has held several senior financial roles.

Robert Borthwick is chief risk officer of Sempra. In this role, Borthwick oversees the organization’s compliance, risk management, corporate security and cybersecurity efforts. His extensive knowledge of Sempra’s business and operations enable him to provide sound, strategic counsel to mitigate risk and drive strong business outcomes. During his tenure with the family of companies, Borthwick has served in various leadership roles across Sempra’s three growth platforms.

Deborah Martin is the vice president of people and culture and chief diversity officer of Sempra. In this role, Martin is responsible for employee acquisition, development and retention and leads the functions of benefits, ethics and investigations, and diversity and inclusion. Her aim is to advance Sempra’s high-performance culture and foster an environment where employees feel a sense of belonging.

Rajan Agarwal is vice president of planning of Sempra and leads the development of the company’s short- and long-term financial plans. Agarwal has been with the family of companies for more than 25 years and has held several leadership roles in accounting and finance. He has played a key role in creating financial plans, updating regulatory accounting methodologies and improving tax reporting processes.

Glen Donovan is vice president of investor relations of Sempra, where is he responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the organization’s investor relations policies, objectives and initiatives. Leveraging his broad business experience, Donovan engages and communicates with the investment and financial communities about Sempra’s disciplined focus on delivering long-term sustainable value. In his time with the family of companies, he has served in several senior leadership positions.

Joy Gao is vice president of audit services and insurance of Sempra, overseeing internal audit responsibilities. Gao also provides stewardship and effective oversight of Sempra’s extensive insurance portfolio. Previously, Gao was the vice president of risk management where she oversaw the company’s risk management, insurance, corporate security, cybersecurity, and pension and trust investments.

Toby Jack is vice president, corporate tax of Sempra, overseeing the company’s worldwide tax activities. Since joining the family of companies in 2014, he has held a variety of leadership positions. Jack possesses a wealth of corporate tax and business expertise and uses it to help maximize value for the organization’s stakeholders.

Brian Kelly is vice president of government affairs of Sempra, where he leads the company’s global public policy and regulatory priorities. He has more than 30 years of experience in public policy and government affairs, working with corporations and trade associations to advance legislative and policy priorities at the international, federal, state and local levels.

Bruce MacNeil is vice president and treasurer of Sempra, overseeing the company’s corporate finance function, treasury operations, capital markets activities and relationships with rating agencies. Since joining the family of companies in 2017, MacNeil has held a variety of senior positions in finance.

April Robinson is vice president, governance and corporate secretary of Sempra, where she oversees critical corporate governance matters, including serving as officer liaison to the board of directors, leading investor governance outreach and executing board meetings. In her time with the family of companies, Robinson has held a variety of senior leadership roles in the legal department.

Paul Yong is vice president, chief tax counsel of Sempra. His responsibilities include directing the organization’s tax strategy and overseeing the tax counsel function. Yong joined the family of companies in 2004 and has applied his expertise to a variety of leadership roles during his tenure.
